A lifetime resident of Lafayette, Jimmy graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting. He passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountants exam soon after graduating and has been in public accounting since. Jimmy specializes in working with closely held companies and their owners, and he provides his clients with comprehensive financial services including estate planning, business succession planning, retirement planning, tax and management advisory services.
Jimmy is a LPL Registered Representative of LPL Financial (Member FINRA & SPIC) and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®). He is affiliated with the Cornerstone Financial Group, Inc. and offers a broad menu of financial products and services, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, separately managed accounts (SMA’s), life, health, and accident insurance, as well as variable life insurance and annuities.
Over the years, Jimmy has been active in many civic, church, professional and non-profit activities as a volunteer and board member. He is a past president of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana, the Sertoma Club of Lafayette, and the Lafayette Chapter of the Society of Louisiana CPAs.
Jimmy has four children: Jimmy Jr., Patrick, Michael and Craig. He and his wife, Debbie, live in Mississippi.
